Forever Bond Studio offers a range of personalised products, including:
- Permanent Bracelets: Products sold exclusively in person, with the bracelet welded directly onto the customer’s wrist.
- Personalised Engraved Products: Available for online sale, with customisation options such as names, dates, and other elements.
- Other Products: May include various jewellery and accessories, some of which are available for personalisation and online sale.
2. Sale of Permanent Bracelets (In-Person Sale)
Permanent bracelets are exclusively sold in person, with the welding process carried out on-site, directly on the customer’s wrist.
Special Conditions for Permanent Bracelets:
- Due to the personalised and permanent nature of the product, permanent bracelets cannot be returned or exchanged. These products are made to the customer’s specifications and, as such, are exempt from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable law.
- Any repairs or adjustments after the welding process will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional costs.
3. Sale of Online Products
Products sold online, including personalised items such as engravings, are subject to the following conditions:
- Personalised Products: Products that include customisation (such as engraving names, dates, or other elements) are made to order and, according to European law, are exempt from the right of return. This means that, once the order is confirmed, we cannot accept returns, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
- Non-Personalised Products: For non-personalised products, the European Union’s 14-day right of withdrawal applies, allowing customers to return products without providing a reason.
4. Prices and Payments
The prices of all products are indicated in euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/debit cards
- Bank transfer
- Other payment methods available at checkout
Payments for online products must be made at the time of order, and for permanent bracelets, payment is due at the time of sale (in person).
5. Shipping and Delivery (Online Products)
- Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the location and shipping method chosen. After confirming your order, we will send you an email with the estimated delivery time.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the customer’s location and the weight of the order.
6. Warranty and Repairs
- Legal Warranty: All products sold by Forever Bond Studio, including personalised products, are covered by the two-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects, as required by European Union law. If your product shows any defect within this period, we commit to repairing or replacing it at no additional cost.
- Permanent Bracelet Repair and Maintenance: We offer repair services for permanent bracelets. If the product shows a defect within 30 days of purchase, adjustment or repair will be free of charge. After this period, repair fees may apply.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Non-Personalised Online Products)
In accordance with European Union law, customers have the right to cancel their order of non-personalised products within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
