Return and Refund Policy
If you wish to return an item purchased at peutetreby.com, you have 30 days from the date your order was shipped to do so. Items must be returned in perfect condition, with all tags and jewelry boxes intact.
To initiate the return process, go to the contact page and select the “Product Return” option. If you are logged in, choose which order and product(s) you wish to return and state the reason for the return. If you are not logged in, enter your order ID.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Provided the jewelry piece arrives in its original condition and meets our terms and conditions, you will receive a full refund (by the same payment method used) for the returned item, except for delivery expenses (exceptions may apply).
If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for your purchase. The amount may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Always keep proof of the return. The return process will be at your own risk.
Note: In the case of deliveries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any taxes or customs duties for the importation of goods. These amounts will not be refunded.

If you wish to modify or cancel your return request, please contact us via email at [email protected]. If you choose not to return an item marked in the order, no further action is required. We will only issue a refund for items received at our facilities.
You can return multiple items from different orders in the same shipment. To do this, make sure to place all products in the appropriate jewelry boxes, with all the correct tags.
If you no longer have the original packaging, you may return your order in any other packaging, provided it is well-sealed to prevent loss of items.
