Return and Refund Policy

At Forever Bond Studio, each bracelet is custom-made and tailored to your preferences, making every piece unique. As such, and in accordance with applicable law, we do not accept returns or refunds for personalised products.

However, we are committed to your satisfaction and, if your bracelet has any defects or needs repair or adjustment, we offer the following options:

  1. Repair or Adjustment:
    • If your bracelet requires repair due to manufacturing defects or normal wear and tear, we are available to make the adjustment free of charge within 30 days of purchase. After this period, repair costs may apply.
  2. Exchange:
    • If a replacement bracelet is needed due to any issues with personalisation or production, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will review the situation and, if applicable, proceed with an exchange.
  3. Quality Guarantee:
    • All products are covered by a two-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects, as required by European Union law. If your bracelet shows any defects within this period, we commit to repairing or replacing the product at no cost to the customer.
  4. Exceptions:
    • Products that have been misused or damaged due to improper handling.
    • We do not accept returns for personalised products that do not have manufacturing defects.

How to request a repair or exchange?

If you require assistance, please contact us via contact form, providing your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond with detailed instructions on the process.
