Each piece is made for you, so we don’t accept returns of personalised pieces without a defect.

• Adjustments and repairs: free for the first 30 days after purchase.
• Exchange: if there’s a problem with the personalisation or the making, contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
• Warranty: 2 years against manufacturing defects, repaired or replaced at no cost.
