Every bracelet starts with a chain: fine and delicate or bolder, in silver or 24K gold-plated. Then you add the charms and pendants that tell your story. We design our charms in the studio and make every bracelet to your measurements, in Porto.

How is it different from a permanent bracelet?
A permanent bracelet is welded on your wrist, with no clasp, in a session with us. This one is designed online and has a clasp: you put it on and take it off whenever you like, and it’s delivered to your door.
How much does a personalised bracelet cost?
It depends on the chain, the clasp and the charms you choose. The price updates as you create your bracelet, and you always see the total before adding it to your basket.
Can I combine charms and pendants on the same bracelet?
Yes. Inline charms are built into the chain and pendants hang from it. You can mix both and create a charm bracelet made to measure.
How do I measure my wrist?
Wrap a piece of string around your wrist, mark where it overlaps and measure it with a ruler. Choose the closest size. Most people choose 17 cm.
How long does delivery take?
We make your bracelet and ship it within Portugal. Free delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days (5 to 8 to the islands). Express delivery, with a tracking number, costs €4.90. Visiting Portugal? You can also pick it up at our Porto studio.
What is it made of?
925 silver, in silver or 24K gold-plated. You choose the colour of the chain and the charms when you create your bracelet.
Can I exchange or return it?
No. Each piece is made to your measurements, so we don’t accept exchanges or returns. If you’re unsure about the size, write to us before you order.
Can I have it welded later at the studio?
Yes, for €5. Bring the bracelet to our Porto studio or to one of our dates and we’ll weld it on your wrist, with no clasp.
Can I have it engraved?
Soon. We’ll have an engraving charm where you write whatever you like, for an even more personalised bracelet.
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes, a personalised bracelet is a gift thought through to the last detail. Enter the address of the person receiving it. If you don’t know their size, give a gift card.
